Position: TECHNICAL-SALES ADVISOR / ENGINEER IN AGRO-BUSINESS
Company: a French Vietnamese joint Venture specialized in production and distribution of Baker's yeast; part of Lesaffre group, (7,000 employees worldwide, world leader in its industry and rich of its 150 years experience). Their products are both for domestic and export markets ; they are operated following International Standards (HACCP etc)
Work location: Long An factory, shuttle bus to be provided b/w HCMC & Long An daily
Report to : Technical director
Role summary:
- You will ensure the sales, the organization and the follow up of spreading works of a new fertilizer.
- Register and follow up the registration trials and promote company by-product, soil improver by contacting farmers, group of farmers or organism that may influence greatly farmers choices.
Key responsibilities:
- Prospect and sales follow up from agricultural distributors and fertilizers manufacturers.
- Animation of distribution network of fertilizers
- Elaboration and planning about treatment plan mud spreading, based on industrials constraints and clients requirements
- Organization of concerned logistics to optimize the spreading works
- Follow up customers and results obtained to promote good and trusty relationship
- Set up and Put in place a commercial policy to valorize the product and maintain commercial margin
- To be able to deal with administrative issues (registration dossier)
Requirements:
- Agronomy engineer background
- Good English (or French) communication ability
- Dynamic, fast learning
