Report to: Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor
Main Responsibilities:
Analysis & GLP
• Analyze chemical & physical of sample of finished / semi-finished goods as required.
• Prepare chemical for lab analysis and manage chemical stock.
• Maintain GLP in chemical laboratory.
• Perform ICP for chemical laboratory.
• Ensure safety and good house-keeping working area.
• Ensure good condition of all chemical lab tools and equipment.
• Use ESTER to evaluate accuracy, repeatability and reproducibility of analysis.
• Trouble shooting for analysis and instrument issue.
• Work with Supervisor to develop new method of analysis.
Rapid Method
• Check the accuracy / performance of rapid method instruments used in the Factory.
• Perform ICP for rapid method instrument.
• Trouble shooting for rapid method issue.
• Work with Supervisor to set up new rapid method.
Requirements:
• Education requirement: Bachelor’s degree: Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemical Technology
• Experience: fresh graduate or 1-2 year related experience (QA, Laboratory)
• English: Good at reading and writing
• Teamwork, problem solving, adaptability, potential leadership.
II. Working place: Dong Nai Factory (Biên Hòa Industrial Zone 2)
Department: Production Department
Number of vacancies: 01
Main Responsibilities:
- Compile and update technical training materials.
- Train operators about maintaining the alignment and effective in implement the technical guideline.
- Train new comers about operating machine knowledge and basic TPM knowledge.
- Keep track of/follow up yearly document.
- Make/follow up training plan for operator level.
- Make report and other assignment.
Requirements:
• Education requirement: Engineering Degree in Mechanic/Mechatronic, Electric/Automation.
• Experience: fresh or 1-2 year related experience.
• Advanced Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Solidworks, Autocad).
• Good at communication skill/training skill.
• Compile/Translate training materials/document.
• Hard working, willing to learn and can do attitude.
• Good English
