Number of vacancies: 02 (1 temporary 08 months & 1 fixed term position)

Report to: NQCC Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:

1. GC Preshipment quality control

• * Supervise sampling (at Traders WH, Factory WH)
• * Receiving Samples (record in log book)
• * Physical checks (moisture, defect count, sieving..)
• * Preparation for sensory taste (roast, grind, colour measure, etc)
• * Sensory evaluation
• * Report results and data input in GCQC, files
• * Release GC in system (for raw material)
• * Prepare document for pre- shipment sample approval (notification letter)
• * Carry out Loading inspection
• * Follow up shipments (PS approval- fumigation- stuffing)
• * Keeping sample arrangement
• * Follow monitoring plan to send GC samples for quality check
• * Filling records, document as instruction
• * Communicate with Shippers for daily work

2. Implement GLP in NQCC

• * Follow GLP guideline, work instruction, procedures.
• * Check instrument, safety as plan
• * Operate, maintain, calibrate, validate equipment as plan
• * Monitoring method statistically (apply QSTAT software)

3. Other as assigned

• * Control Sundry items
• * Safety, 5S, Environment, other activities

Requirements:

• • Education requirement: Bachelor’s degree: Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemical Technology
• • Experience: Fresh or 1-2 year related experience
• • Teamwork, problem solving, adaptability.
