Job Description:

-         Control of dealers in: whole sale, retail sale, stock, customer data record

-         Daily sales administration work: receive and confirm dealers’ order, direct sales contract, filling sales’ document, follow-up dealers’ order payment.

-         Control of vehicle document: registration document, owner handbook, service booklet.

-         Prepare and deliver vehicle registration document to dealers.

-         Prepare vehicle transportation document.

Skill:

-         Education: Graduated from University.

-         Skill:       + MS-Office (Win, Word, Excel, Power point…)

                            + English (Level C)

-         Skill: fluent in writing and speaking English, well skill in Ms Office

Other information:

            Period of probation: 2 months

            Time: From Monday to Friday (7:30 - 16:30)
